Just bought my 2nd GaffGun
Just like getting eye surgery... what took me so long to get this? I’ve had my 1st GaffGun for a good while now and its amazing. So I thought I'd get another one and share it with the crew. The good stuff: substantially reduces both time and back pain. Not a little bit. A lot. The negative? I was concerned about the device not having any adapters. But they do have the Pro Tape brand that we use so it ends up being a non-issue. And tape pricing is fine. I am able to save so much time taping down cables for my set ups. Minutes versus hours! If you are still taping cables down the old fashioned way you need this device.

Only good for tape runs 10' or longer
Bought a few months ago. Only good for tape runs 10' or longer. Its some what of a pain to start and end a run. It needs a mechanism to hold the tape in a ready to go position and a cutter for the end of the run. Does require a bit of technique to run tape on carpet. This product does actually work well to tape the cables down. I bought the tape from gaff gun with orange center. Same price as everyone else. They had 3" burgandy to match carpet. Tape seems good. If it had built in tape holder and cutter it would get five stars.

I recently ordered a GaffGun and just wanted to drop a note of how much time this thing saves me. Their tape pricing was better than I was paying too

The most amazing tool for anyone that has to run cabling
The most amazing tool for anyone that has to run cabling. How something like the GaffGun hasn't existed before now is beyond me. The only annoying thing is having to use their gaff tape, but I forgive them for having such an amazing product.

Must have for long runs.
If you have long wire runs to contend with, you need one of these. Yes, gaff tape is expensive. I know. Its clean and worth the money when no one trips. I wish there was an automatic cutter, but aside from that, it worked very well.

This product is not good for that use
So I was planned to use this for taping down wires. We use one wire that is much larger than the others. This product is not good for that use. For smaller cables, it is user friendly but not as good as advertised. If i was not out of the return window, i would return it.

Was so stoked about this product when we saw it online as we run a LOT of cable for radio stations. The video we watched included "tape adapter kit" in the box, so thought nothing on it. Yeah, that parts been discontinued and is not included so you have to buy their super expensive tape rolls or it won't fit on the spool. Found the hustle :/ PVC mod, here I come.
