What does this soap smell like?

So hard to decribe but it is a clean strong smell..not too floral..it also lasts a long time not watered down..

Is this soap made in Spain or Mexico?

why am I being charged shipping, when it said free shipping?

Anybody know how to get the darn pump to pop up on these bottles?

Hold the screw-on cap steady and twist the pump until it springs up. Or take the whole assembly off the bottle and do the same thing.
