I was hoping they would be here a little bit longer maybe I ordered the wrong ones

I bought them because I needed some to do the exercises recommended by a physio. Good range of tensions, seem robust and do exactly what I want them to do.

I was told it was a set of 5 and would receive a bag and an exercise eBook... all we received was 4 bands. Absolute joke!!!! Not worth the hassle!!!Update: seller contacted me and sent a new batch, al items were received, Amazon at fault not the seller

Perfect for what I needed them for! Very stretchy therefore work really well! The amount of bands you get for the money is amazing! And they don’t roll up like other brands do! x

A really nice set of physio bands. Made from smooth material that won't rip the hairs from your legs whilst using them. Come presented in a little drawstring bag with an accompanying leaflet.

I have used a lot of these types of bands but this is a different level, got a solid design and a solid build. It feels like it will last a long time and has the durability to survive for a long period of time. The small and compact design and packaging makes it perfect for me to carry anywhere and I can then work out at any time I would like. Everything that is included is most definately value for money and I will most definately be using this company again and will be recommending it the all my family and friends. Amazing!!

Overall I was happy with this purchase. It gave me an outlet for an half decent work out. No, it's not as good as the gym, the variations just can't be achieved, but it's a good workout all the same. My only grumble was the medium band broke after only the 4th use. I do except that in the hone avoiding sharp areas is very hard to do, so I'd imagine it wasn't the quality of the product. So be careful where you use it.
