Polished like a Mirror
This is a beautiful, polished to shine Alessi piece, can be used to scoop any kind of food, not just risotto. A family member use this spoon to scoop large serving of ice cream in one scrape.

Beautiful and functional
Perfectly proportioned and easy to handle, this risotto serving spoon is beautiful and functional, like many of the products in the Alessi line. If you're willing to hand wash, then dry and polish it with a soft cotton, linen or microfiber towel after use, the spoon will retain the 'mirror polished' gleam it has out of the box. Two spoonfuls per person will provide a perfect 'main course' serving of any rich risotto preparation. Not inexpensive, but worth the price.

Beautiful!
As always, Alessi is quality guarantee and the “Eat. It” collection is beautiful. The risotto serving spoon is a little short in the handle, but that is exactly what makes it different. I just love it!

Great product, beautiful design!
I’ve purchased this risotto spoon twice for gifts. It’s a beautiful design and super functional. And, such a bargain. Comes attractively packaged and, after use, pops right into the dishwasher.
