Very nice, quite inexpensive.
First, the downside: it won’t work with just any ol’ drill. In fact, my two battery powered ones won’t work with it. That said, my one heavy duty hammer drill does, and it’s a blast! Surprisingly well constructed and durable looking, for the price. It works as advertised.

Not working properly!
This adjustable drill mount stand didn't work correctly as I installed all the parts as directed instructions on YouTube and it was hard to pull it down! The spring seemed to get stuck and it could only come down about 1 inch when I pulled down. Therefore, when I let go it couldn't retract at all. There was unclear instructions on the manual installation paper (only some unclear illustrations) without any instructional words! I guess it's made in China, so no words to describe! I'd better get the same product that's made in Japan with more reliable and quality!

No instructions to put together. Wobbles. Added Teflon washer to bolts. And bees wax. What drill will this fit? Can’t find a drill to fit this? Still looking.

Shaft binds to not easy to use - defective?
Unuseable because shaft does not fit ptoperly into head. Instructions very cryptic.

It doesn't pass QA
If there is a QA process my item doesn't pass. Reason: the moving part cannot go down the shaft. After learning how it works I have to manually make the holes wider so that it can go down. Don't buy it if you don't know how to fix it.
