Q: Do you find the mattress to be cool (if you tend to get hot/have inflammation)? Also, would it hold up with someone being bedridden (24/7 use)?

I have night sweats & it doesnt make them worse or anything, so I think it would be cool. I also think it would hold up just fine for someone who is bedridden. Its a great bed. More comfortable than our $2500 mattress!

Q: how is the longevity of this mattress a few years old?

I traded out my first one after 7 years and it could have gone longer but I wanted a new one

Q: Pictures all show with a headboard, do they come with a headboard?

Hello, The Shiloh is only available with the quilted cover at this time. Both styles have the exact same firmness level and structure. The only difference is the outer design.
