Nice product. Using it since 3 years. Working good.

Didn't come in good condition. The bowl in which water is to be poured in is not properly fitted in and because of this, water is not being heated properly. The return system is not allowing me to return but suggesting me to repair it on my own which is not possible.. Why won't they let me return?

The product is fine. The deal is almost every day so seems to be a fake marketing strategy. The switch is too nimble, and I have decided to keep it low, as too much of operation may spoil it. There is no cut off when the water level is low and is a safety hazard. Rest it works as described.

Writing this review after a month of usage. A decent product, and does the job it’s asked to do without any flaws. It’s not any complex machine, just heats up the water to produce steam, which can be inhaled for a sinus relief, etc. Doesn’t help relieve the blocked nose, this must be done before you inhale ie by yoga or any breathing exercise. Overall an important product for me since I suffer a lot with Allergies in India.
