It does it's job but the smell is horrible.

I've taken Alive vitamins every since they came out. I always have a lot of energy and can definitely feel when I don't take vitamins. The ultra potency alive vitamin is strong & you have to eat something when you take them or you may feel sick to the stomach. Other than that, I have never experienced any problems taking them. I have tried taken different vitamins but I have compared the ingredients in Alive vitamins to the other women's vitamins and this one just wins every time.

A nurse practitioner recommended these vitamins. I have noticed the difference when I don't take them - very tired. I feel really alive when I do take them.

These vitamins have everything women need. I will buy forever.
