Recharging needs improvement
Did a great job fully charging the first time and charges my phone very quickly. I am running into an issue recharging it though. It almost seems it requires more power to recharge then my iPhone cable can handle and just randomly stops charging. I have to let my iPhone charger cool down and plug it into another outlet to get it to work. This is annoying and seems like it is causing my iPhone charger to become defective. This should really come with its own charger dock.

it was a complete waste of money
It took a very long time to charge upend worked well the first day it after that it took several pushes of the button to get it to charge. It would often stop charging when my phone first powered back up, leaving it at only 3 or 4 %. It completely stopped working after about a week. I will be returning this product. it was a complete waste of money.

Not good at all
This is not very protective of my phone. It slide right off from the top and broke my screen. I want to return but I don't see a return button. Not good at all

Get something else.
This would be awesome if it worked.1) It's definitely not 8000mAh, though at this price I didn't expect it to be.2) Its output is 1amp and input is .8, so it itself takes 8-10 hours to charge from empty, and it charges a phone extremely slowly. At my phone maximum power use, the charger will only slow its discharge, it won't charge it.3) the product is defective(?). There's only one button on the device, and clicking it initiates the charging of the phone. This would be great, except the charger randomly decides it's going to stop charging whenever it wants to. The longest it's worked continuously is maybe 10 minutes. It generally shuts itself off every minute or two. Very irritating. If it actually would stay on I'd give her four stars.

Not a good product. The piece that charges the phone broke ...
Not a good product . The piece that charges the phone broke into my charger port. I had to get a new phone . I was very upset . My phone was dead for days .
