Q: i have tried everything, every angle. squeezing as hard as i can and nothing comes out at all. can someone help? thanks.

It is very hard to get a drop out... shake the bottle well and just squeeze as hard as you can eventually a drop will come out. With my arthritic hands this is why I am not purchasing this product again.
