Dr. Martens Voss II Sandal

So comfortable and cute! The straps are perfectly placed to keep the sandal on, and they are a hearty shoe, well made. Leather is soft and I wore them for hours right when they arrived! No need to break them in! Size is perfect too!

I had originally purchased a different style of sandal. Some people mentioned that it ran a little big. My reg size is an 8 and my feet tend to swell. There was no option to get a half size down so I got the 8. They weren't just a little too big they were like clown shoe too big. I need Stable sandals after back surgery so I ordered these a full size down in a 7. They fit absolutely perfectly. They are also very cute on the feet and match well with a variety of fashion looks from grunge to a cute dress. I can walk in them for a long time and my feet don't hurt. Both the top strap and the ankle strap are adjustable and have plenty of holes to get a secure fit so you don't have to worry about the sandals slipping off your foot. I have narrow feet normal 7.5-8 and got the 7.

First time buying Dr Marten sandals and I am blown away but the comfort of these! I can't believe I haven't bought some sooner. As far as sizing goes, I am usually 7.5 and had read to size down so I got a size 7. They fit perfect! I ended up returning the Taupe color b/c the color pictured is much lighter than the actual shoe color. The Vintage Taupe is more of a grey and I just didn't love the color and wanted something a little more versatile. I would've loved if they were a cream color! I still give these a 5 star b/c I know colors can always appear different online than in person. These are amazing shoes so don't pass them up!

Dr. Martens Women's Voss II Quad Sandal, Black Athena, 8 OH...MY...GAWD!!! I am lovin' these darn shoes! I expected them to be heavy...like the typical Docs but no, no people...they are super lightweight. It's all an illusion. What a relief! The size 8 fits perfectly...so comfortable! I was worried I wouldn't be able to DRIVE with these Herman Munster shoes on but I'll tell you it's no problem at all. The shoe soul does have some curvature in them for comfort as well...and that is helpful because my feet are flat, flat...FLAT! I have daily chronic back pain...in a bad way but I was not going to pass up these stylish shoes...oh no...I thought let's suffer. But no...the do not cause me any additional pain in my back or anywhere. I'll tell you it's difficult to go back to a 'flat' shoe once you've been sporting these EXTENDO shoes that's for sure. They do give you some height! I get compliments all of the time on these shoes everybody loves them. I've read some reviews about the quality being bad and blah, blah, blah but they are just fine. Now sure...they are not the typical thick Dr Marten leather pieces but I'm actually thankful for that because that would add weight. I don't see a problem with the quality at all. Like I said...I LOVE THESE SHOES!

Buckles instead of Velcro on most other sandals are very helpful in keeping the sandals snug on feet. One of the few shoes I own that hug my high arch. Yay. Lighter soles than the usual DM soles are a plus. 4 stars bc I’m unclear about The leather straps. Nowhere except in the description does it say leather upper. It doesn’t smell like leather and it feels like vegan leather. We’ll see when I’m wearing them out and gut the straps or how they weather wearing them. Downside of vegan leather is no flexibility and blisters.

The pink color is beautiful! I had been wanting these since last year. A friend told me they were on Amazon for 75 bucks and I immediately came to order. This style doesn't require a break in period. Super comfortable. I'm usually a 10 and wear a 9 in doc Sandals.

So far so good! I'll try to update this review after wearing them for a few more weeks. I'm currently taking the advice of several other reviews that I had read about Doc Martens. I am taking my time, to break them in, just wearing them, inside my house, gradually increasing the length of time, that I wear them. I have problematic feet & all too often I'll purchase footwear, being too quick to decide they are keepers, only to discover a few weeks later, (after I've worn them outside my home), that my feet are actually not loving them (or even liking them). By then I'm stuck with them, trying to re-sell them for considerably less money, than what I had paid for them! Because Doc Martens are not inexpensive, I'm trying to not have that happen with these! Also being slightly paranoid about jinxing myself, I will continue to remain cautiously optimistic that my seemingly endless search, may have finally come to an end, until I have worked up to wearing them around the house, for the better part of a day, without any protests from my problem feet, bad knees or tired back. I'm up to standing & walking around in them, for a couple of hours at a time. So far so good, & with not even so much as a blister! As far the fit, my foot length is about the equivalent of a woman's US size 7.5; my width is another story! Because my feet are fairly wide (they have been described as looking like Flintstone feet...lol), & depending on what kind of footwear is in question, I own shoes ranging from women's size 7.5 to 9.5, with the most comfortable pair being some women's size 9, Skechers, work boots. I had really struggled with what size Doc Martens I should order & finally settled on the women's size 8. That was definitely the right choice for me! The length is perfect & width wise, I have plenty of room! Because a good part of my decision to try these sandals out, had been based on several reviews that I read about Doc Martens, I hope my review might offer further insight and/or help clear up some of the questions, that I was still struggling with, when I placed my order!

Fantastic, love them & perfect fit as i measured size with other dr martens as size can be tricky with shoes online but all good, really happy with these!!

Los zapatos vienen grandes, considera comprar una talla menos. Aunque si tienes el pie angosto se te va a salir porque son muy anchos. Yo quise hacer la cancelación antes de que los enviaran y no me la aceptaron, intente hacer devolución, pero te piden usar Correos de México (el servicio mas inseguro, inaccesible y lento que existe) y te condicionan el reembolso diciendo que si el "empaque" llega dañado te será descontado, como si uno tuviera control de como maneja la mensajería los paquetes. En fin, mejor busca otro vendedor donde puedas hacer la devolución o cambio fácilmente, aunque pagues más es seguro y no pierdes todo.
