This stuff works great. I was hand mixing the xylitol to salt packs prior and this is way more convenient. The xylitol makes your sinus extremely slick so nothing can stick to it. This with a few drops of baby shampoo this will kick the congestion out. There are several peered reviewed journals articles that support xylitol ingredient for nasal rinse.

Initially, I was skeptical about this sinus rinse. I thought it might burn and wasn't sure it would be effective. Over a year of use, however, has proven me wrong.The product's performance has exceeded my expectations. It's been a lifesaver for my nasal allergies and sinus issues. In comparison to saline packets, there's no contest - NeilMed takes the win.One standout aspect is the excellent value for the price. I've recommended it already to several friends and family members and they're equally impressed.There is one minor issue: the packets take a while to dissolve in water. You need to be patient when dissolving, or it may lead to an uncomfortable experience. Quicker dissolving would be a welcome improvement.In short - the NeilMed Sinus Rinse Packets have been a game-changer for my sinus health. Despite the dissolving time, I highly recommend this product to anyone dealing with nasal allergies or sinus problems.

The pollen this year in Florida is thick. So I tried this. Would have to say I was surprised. never thought of Flushing your nose until a fried recommend it. At first i thought they were nuts. I Was Wrong. I recommend this product. Using it I 'm not having sines problems as I've had in the past. This Product I do Recommend.

I saw these and had to try them. I had never heard of using xylitol before, but the research showed that there could be some benefits above plain saline. These dissolve about the same as the double-strength packets that I usually use (the green ones, not the blue ones) and the resulting solution seems "softer" -- less harsh, maybe? -- than the plain saline. I don't know if they're worth the upcharge, but they seem to work just fine.
