The Worst router in the market
With lot of hope in matrix i purchased this product, It doesn’t has basic features such as Static Routing/Port Forwarding Though they have mentioned in the manual they have.Call quality on 3g while using Sparsh is worst before purchasing AP Incharge Mr Praneeth has promised 2G should be sufficient but call drops on Wifi Also.Mr Jubbin Will not provide direct support to clients instead asks to contact the dealer who are not technically trained.Matrix will be blocking SMPP Port while purchasing to release the port additional license fee is required and to use SMS Server to send the sms again additional license fee is required.The biggest Draw back is with download and upload speeds. My internet speed is 50mbps Download and upload but i am inly getting 15 Mbps upload and 40 Mbps Download. With the basic router in the market i am able to achieve decent speeds with full upload and download from my ISP. I have emailed the test reports to Mr Vivek from R&D Still they are unable to find the solutions to many problems from Past 5 Months.Worst Data Transfer Speeds in Lan This is basically because of 100 Mbps Data Ports. Router with this price tag above 35+ doesn't have basic features such has Gigabit Lanports.Wifi Speeds and signals are not good because matrix has used low grade wifi antennas with it 12dbi.The biggest Hurdle is with the GUI Which is not user friendly and the router lacks basic features such as Oui Search, Gust Wifi, Static Routing, Port Forwarding.The password of this router can be cracked easily because of using low grade security passwords for the root user. It was easily cracked by brute force attack and password was xirtam.Matrix Telecom is good representative from india in the telecom industry though they have claimed that they have received many awards for navan their customer support and technical team has to be improved.It has been since 5 Months following with R&D team Still they don’t reply to my problems every department member asks to contact other departments for support.
