It has a great color. That adds a pop to many dishes. It is a bit heated but not bad. Very little smoke flavor though.

Worth every penny. Brought Spain right to my kitchen! This is that perfect spice that adds heat to any dish followed by a bit of smokiness. Excellent with eggs, fish, soup, cheese, dips. I love this spice!

After a recent trip to Spain and discovery of the wonderful tapas know as patatas bravas I was determined to create this wonderful dish when I returned home. I found what seemed to be the perfect recipe online and made it using a common paprika that is found in our local grocery stores. The outcome was disappointing to say the least. The recipe named this particular Pimenton but I figured the paprika I had in my spice rack would suffice, wrong! I hunted it down on Amazon and couldn't be happier. The flavor explodes from this product and has become a staple in my cooking.

Genuine Spain condiment, nice spice

I ordered the pimenton spice to make during Spanish tapas night - let me just tell you it is EXACTLY the same flavor that restaurants use!! I used it to make patatas bravas- mini potatoes with this spice. I added it to the boiling water and put it to allow the potatoes to soak, and also used it to add some flavor as a spice on the final product.. I find myself using it on chicken, beef, etc. I highly recommend this product, it’s so tasty. Please mark if you find my review helpful. Thank you!

I use it to make BBQ sauce and chicken fajitas. The flavor it adds is memorable especially if you like food on the spicy side.
