Love this trimmer for tall hedge. Worked great, battery lasts. If I could change one thing it would be that you could remove pole and just use hedge trimmer part for low jobs. But, then battery would be at saw end and add to weight. As is, it is reasonably light and easy to use.

I have a large hedge between my property and the neighbor that is about 7 feet high and about 5 feet wide. I had to hire a landscaper to trim this hedge every few months and thought I would try to trim the hedge myself. With this hedge trimmer, I can do most of the work from the ground and avoid using a 6 foot ladder for trimming most of the top. The battery lasts the whole job with ease, and it cuts the hedge very smoothly and easily. It does get heavy after a while as the weight of the tool is mostly at the cutting end, but after a short rest, I can finish the job and it looks so good overall, I think it's worth the extra effort.It was also very thoughtful and considerate of the seller to include the very nice gloves, scissors, and goggles with the tool for safety and convenience. The neighbor said I did a better job with this hedge trimmer than the landscapers I have hired to do the job, and for a lot less money! Good value and a very good and effective tool for the garden!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great trimmer for the money. I rounded 6 big hedges with no battery issues. Blades were sharp and stayed sharp after all the trimming. I had an entire side by side load of brush and trimmings to dump. Good product.

Exactly what I wanted and it does the job well! Battery died after 30 minutes BUT we’re talking about a shrub that hasn’t even been touched in years so understandable. I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a reliable quality trimmer.

I received the package in good condition and it was easy to put together and to operate. Battery came fully charged. When running it, it sounds like it's a little underpowered but it trimmed everything I needed it to. It's a bit heavy, but I don't have anything else like it to compare it to. This makes trimming my tall bushes a breeze. This off-brand is at least half the price of the brands you'd find at Home Depot or Lowe's. So far I've run it for about an hour and trimmed numerous trees and bushes, and the battery is still at 75%. So far I'm pleased. I only wish I could use the trimmer as a handheld without the extension pole. You can disconnect it from the pole but you can't operate it without the trigger switch at the bottom extension pole.

I went to trimming straight out of the box. The battery time was well over 30 min to trim about 10 bushes. I'm very pleased so far and the Hedge trimmer is light yet large enough and powerful enough for my needs around the yard. My neighbor now wants to borrow it. It comes with a 20 V 2ah battery which is the smaller battery. The plug-in charger took about 2 hours to charge fully. Note that I also have the fast charger and it charged in about 30 min. I also plugged my 20 V 4ah battery into the trimmer and it worked fine.
