Easy and perfect instructions
This product came exactly how discribed, came with a cushion for the seat, the herbs, a measuring cup, a bag to put the herbs in to boil and the self boiling seat. I dreaded steaming because of the process to boil the water in my kitchen then transferring it to the bathroom in the seat— this is much more efficient and come with everything needed. I recommend level 4 for steaming - 5 is boiling temperatures. I use alkaline water to boil the herbs! Perfect 10/10 no complaints

Quiet and easy to assemble.
The package came fast. The product has a small dent in the front, but works great. Heat levels are good, definitely recommend no higher than 3. Now I didn’t receive the bag for the herbs in my kit. Which I’m reaching out to the company about. Outside of that the height is good and it is sturdy. No issues with operating it or understanding the instructions, it was easy to clean also.

Missing parts and company doesn’t respond
My Yoni steamer came missing the filter, tea and tea bags. I tried reaching the manufacturer and the information is incorrect. I sent an email and there was no response. This could have been 4 stars if the company was responsive and 5 stars if I would have received all the items in the box. When you spend this much on a product I expect things to be correct or corrected if possible.

Yoni seat
I love this product, I use at least 3 times a week. Im very happy with the results. It saves me a ton of money, plus I get to use right in my home. I wish the seat was a bit bigger, I have a big butt. But it gets the job done.

It's pretty easy to set up and use. I've only used it once and it's comfortable. I had yo set it on 5 though for the steam to come up. I love the smell of the herbs. Good investment.

Ok purchase
I had to return the first one because it looked used and the package was carelessly packed. The second one came without a sachet to put in the herbs. I had to improvise.
