Good cheap version works well need to keep a check on it sometimes works lose apart from that good quality 👍

It screws onto the lens and fits OK on the tripod. No more to be said.

Fitted no problem to the RF800 F11. I have used it a couple of times no issues to report

The tripod mount fits the Canon RF 800mm f11 lens, it's very easy to attach to the lens and it allows you to mount the lens directly to a tripod, if it takes a Swiss arca plate, you can also carry the lens around using the mount as a handle. I would recommend this product if you use this lens.

Fits the lens well. However, a couple of fundamental flaws.My tripod has a bolt on the Arca plate and so the flat base of this mount meant it didn't fit. The supplied tripod mount has a section removed from the base. Meant I had to get a 12mm metal drill bit and make an "adjustment".Also when screwing the mount onto the lens, when it reaches tension, all of the screw holes are not accessible with the supplied allen key to really tighten.

iShoot provide what Canon should have. Can't really fault it. much more comfortable to use than a standard plate.

This is a must-have accessory for rf800 users, I would never shoot this lens again without it. However, its a fairly high price point for what amounts to two metal parts and a thumb screw. That said it looks like the bracket is milled (3d milled) rather than cast or 3d printed etc. so the price may be justified for the effort that's gone into making it

Getting tired of carrying camera on my neck straps, i finally got this collar. It really helps me to hold the camera and lens while bird watching. Did not try yet on tripod though. However it is definitely value for money and quality is good.
