Easy to apply and get an even coat of this polish. It drys quickly and to a really nice satin finish.However I have taken to doing 3 coats of this after a deep clean because it wears off quickly. Even then you’ll need to re do every couple of months. For general mopping I only use special terracotta floor cleaner so it isn’t harsh chemicals that are stripping it off, it’s just general wear on the floor. Certainly a wax finish lasts a lot longer. I guess the ease of applying this is a tiny % of the hassle of waxing though so it’s swings and roundabouts
