Does this package include the bottle ?

Only the liners. The bottle is sell separately or you can by the set that includes 2 4oz bottles coming with 30 liners and 2 8oz coming with 30 liners.

Do these fit the original straight bottle?

I believe so - I just looked it up under another Amazon page that included the bottle where someone asked the same question as you and one answered "yes". On the packaging it displays a straight bottle. It also says "Specifically designed for use with Playtex Nurser Bottles".

The 4oz liners arrived from Amazon in an opened box. Should I return them? Also, once the box is opened, how do you keep the liners sterile?

I would return if box is open. I keep the liners in the box until use. If I transport liners, I use a plastic ziplock baggy. Make sure to push out the extra air to close the air gap so baby doesn't swallow air.

Can these liners be put in freezer for storage?

No, these liners are open at the top. There is no way to close them for storage in the freezer.

お出かけに持って来いです！！

お出かけ時、いつも困っていた哺乳瓶の後処理。。。。これを購入してからはそんな煩わしさがなくなりました。数時間のお出かけなら消毒液も必要ないですし、泊まりのお出かけも荷物とどこで哺乳瓶洗おうか・・・？と言う心配がグッと減りました。本当にお勧めの商品です！！

タバコの匂いがします

箱がたばこの匂いがします。そのたばこの匂いのする箱に柔らかいコップのような物がそのまま50個入ってます。特に中のコップが別に梱包されているわけではないのでたばこの匂いや煙がコップについてるようで余計に気になります。ミルクは漏れないのに清潔な感じが全然しないので残念です。便利な物なので改善される事を期待します
