Kava Kava 250mg 120 Capsules

I have always had problems sleeping and I've tried various OTC options. I was introduced to Kava Kava Tea in Key West and the relaxing effect was noticeable. But brewing Kava tea is a cumbersome process. I decided to give this a try. I take the Kava Kava along with GABA and a cup of Nighty-Night tea which contains Velarium and I fall asleep easily and sleep through the night.I am not a doctor, so before you decide to go this route, make sure you do your research and check with your doctor, but this seems to work form me without any morning after grogginess.

They work great, good value, I like the standardized Kavalactones.

I was concerned this would be a rip-off but it seems to work pretty well. I use it on occasion for sleep. I’m here right now to buy again so I can’t complain too much. For anything stronger I recommend buying powder and making the drink at home.

I use Kava Kava as a calming agent. However, it has disappeared from most store shelves, I believe because it can have deleterioius effects on the liver. But you can still get it online.To protect my liver, I take ONE Kava Kava every two days, and its effects do seem to carry me through the two days. I do NOT take it if I have taken Tylenol (acetaminophen)which also can adversely affect the liver (or don't take acetaminophen if I've taken Kava Kava.

Really liking this so far. Helps me relax and I have found I am sleeping better at night . Good size bottle as well

When I got the product it came damaged the safety seal was not sealed but when I called and got a hold of customer service they told me I could dispose of it or do whatever I wanted so I put caution to the breeze and still took them and they work great without any problems I wouldn't advise anyone taking anything without the safety seal but as for the quality the price ratio it's great and the product works as advertised.
