MicroTouch SOLO Titanium, Rechargeable Beard & Body Razor that Trims, Edges, Shaves, and Grooms

I recently tried out the Solo Micro Touch Titanium Trimmer, and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. This upgraded version is much better than the original. The battery life is impressive, and the handle is easier to grip, making it perfect for detailed work. I primarily use it to trim my beard edges and clean up my neck after buzzing my head, and it works fantastically for these tasks. The trimmer is also very safe to use with no nicks or cuts, which is a big plus. The package comes with a USB charging cable, three grooming comb attachments, and a cleaning brush, making it a great deal for under $30. Overall, I’m really happy with this trimmer and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, budget-friendly option.

The Microtouch Solo Titanium is remarkable! It’s easy for me to navigate, & shave afterwards is fantastic & accurate to what I want: a clean shave. The power lasts for a good while too. I recommend this product to men who want a good clean cut.

Review written after 9 months of use. It gets close enough to your skin, and it has never cut me. I use it every couple of days to keep my facial hair tidy around the edges. It works well for edging at around my beard, and it does a good job with unibrow issues too. I also use it to trim my mustache with one of the guards on. Its shape makes it much easier to get below your nose than a traditional trimmer and guard. That being said, I can't see this working well on large amounts of thicker hair, even with the guard. I typically only use it for 5-10 minutes at a time, and it often sounds like the motor and/or battery is struggling. I've never had it die on me, but I've also never really put it to the test. The light is also more of a novelty and isn't really in a good place to be useful in my experience.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I originally intended to buy an electric razor because I have a allergic reaction to regular razor blades and I know titanium helps when you’re allergic to razors and this one helped or so I thought. It hasn’t been a year I bought this in April and it already malfunctioned. I use this about 2-3 times a week and it was working perfectly fine but all of a sudden it stopped working it stays constantly on and does not want to turn off and I ended up having to dismember it could turn off

Great trimmer

I have bought 3 of these razors over the past several years. I am not sure if it’s a bad batch or if the product quality has fallen, but the newest one I purchased has the worst battery life. The razor will start to die mid way through the first shave of a fully charged battery. The old version would last several shaves before siring. Also, the old version would allow you to plug in while shaving and have full power, this new one does not work this way way. Overall very disappointed. Update: Feb 2026 Razor is dead, battery won’t charge.

I’m super torn on this review. I love mine. I’ve used it for several years with no problems. My husband, however, goes thru one a month. We travel a lot, and it just doesn’t do well packed in his ditty bag. He loves the ease of use, so I keep buying them. But, they should be a little sturdier.
