Got this for my miniature dachshund puppy. She was crate trained before I got her, but without having siblings, she does not like to be locked into her crate. She will go inside with a treat or a toy and hang out, but will not sleep in it at night with the door shut. However, she has no issues with this playpen! She does really well with it and cannot jump out of it. My Mom got a smaller one for her 3 pound chihuahua who now jumps out of hers (sometimes, we think she may have some kangaroo DNA in there somewhere) so my Mom has to zip the top shut when she leaves her. But my 5 pound dachshund does not jump out of this taller one and she has a lot more room for a bed, toys, and stretching her little legs. I love that it is open without being open, she cannot get her mouth stuck between the bars like she can in the crate, and it is super easy to clean. I also love that it folds up and sets up super easily and comes with a carry bag if I were to move it or take it on the go. Being so lightweight, it would be perfect for that purpose, unlike a wire crate.

This product is great for your pet. No assembly is necessary. It literally pops into place. It's a nice size to house your pet. It have plenty of room to play, sleep, or just some time out time (for you and them) lol. It's sturdy and strong enough that your pet should not be able to tear up. It's great for keeping them safe should you take it outside. It's very lightweight and easy to carry. It's collapsible if you want to take it with you somewhere. It's easy to clean in case your pet has an accident. I think it's water proof. Great for pet owners looking for something that will house their pet and keep them safe while they play or sleep. If you have a large pet, keeping the top closed will prevent them from jumping out. Though it can house your pet, there's no Closter phobic areas and your pet can breathe easily and see you and everything. I like it better than caging your pet. Hope this helped. Stay safe.

overall the product was good. did not last long because of the mesh on it withe my dog it lasted one day had had holes in it

We purchased this playpen for our 6 week old chihuahua. We have 3 pits too, but see we can locate them fairly easily considering they are quite big. However, our new addition to the family (our baby chihuahua) is quite tiny, so with this he can still run around and not get lost or get trampled on...btw...I didn't mention....we also have 8 children (from 5yrs to 19 yrs). Also, we like to spend our free time outside, so with this playpen it is so nice that we can fold it up with ease and put the puppy in it and nothing will happen. He does like to climb the sides of the playpen, but the nice thing it does not fold up on him. So as far as we arr concerned this is a very nice product to have when you have a little guy in your life. Thank you!

This was used , torn and smelled horrible

At first, I absolutely loved this foldable, spacious crate...However, only in a couple months, our Cocker Spaniel pup had managed away to tear a hole & break the zipper.He’s a very hyper & while teething, he ripped his way out of it. I loved that it was portable & lightweight. Just not durable.So now we are trying to find his next crate...

We got this to use for the 2 new puppies we were adding to our family. It was perfect! When we couldn't keep a close eye on them, they stayed in here where they could still see the family and our other dogs could see them and get used to them. It was a nice alternative to caging them at night-they slept in this until they were able to sleep in the bedroom without getting into trouble. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!

I love the size, momma and 8 puppies can fit comfortably and nurse. The construction is decent, but the bottom is horrible it is way too thin. It's so thin that after I lightly wiped it down after removing puppy pads, there was a wet spot on the floor. I had to put big pieces of cardboard under the playpen and blow dry the bottom so it was fully dry. This bottom is way too thin I've used it 2 weeks and the puppies are tearing it with their nails they're 4 weeks old. I am not pleased with this and do not recommend it. Find something with a removable bottom and sturdier .
