Use in limited qty.
Only keep small quantities in bird's cage. Initially i kept half cup for 10 budgies as mentioned, it develops constipation in them. Even my two budgies died those who ate too much of these grit, they couldn't deficate and sometimes bloody stool. After checking with the vet found large qty. of grit deposited in their large intestine even subsequent medications they couldn't survive.
