This is a very classy product that is beautiful in our kitchen. However, the spigot doesn't fit properly. When we emailed the company, we received no response. Now we are stuck with a pricey appliance that we can not use. We're currently trying to figure it out on our own. It's big, so the leak potential is substantial. Due to all of this, I can not recommend this product.

This item is very attractive, easy to assemble and use. However, within just two weeks of use it started to leak from where the base meets the main water tank. I would NOT recommend this item.

I've bought this product twice. The first time, the acrylic along the vertical corner seam was split open- rendering unusable. We returned & ordered a second one that arrived yesterday. The middle infuser piece has a chunk of acrylic missing from the bottom. Definitely not worth the money spent to have back to back defaults

These beverage dispensers looked promising and for the price, we expected them to hold up. We have been using them for about a month now and they leak from the corners. Unfortunately we cannot use these for service and will make me think twice before continuing to purchase from Amazon.

Repeatedly damaged acrylic delivered. Returned completely smashed one - replacement received had a crack, but was willing to live with due to hassle of return process. Taps do not seal to acrylic - so a slow steady leak of liquid inside. Utterly useless product.

Ordered 3, one was cracked around the spicket out of the box, one leaked down the side where the Plexi glass is seamed I would not recommend
