I dont know...
There is so much more she could have done with this storyline. Cadence and Eli's attraction wasn't fully developed or explored, both emotionally and sexually. Lila Rose uses a lot of triggering material and it was all clustered into one storyline, making it a little cliche, for my taste. Every abuse and parental baggage a persona can have is in this book.I was also very confused, there are characters that she references A LOT, but I had nonideological who they were. It seemed like the reader should be familiar with them and their stories. So I kept going back to see if I started in the middle of the series accidentally. As far as I can tell this is the first book in the series. But there are couples who seem to have found their HEA and re the reader should already be familiar with them. All in all I hope to find an author who has a similar storyline but is willing to dive deeper and stay away from over used cliche tragedies.

Smooth
You know what I just realized? This book is 300+ pages, but I thought it was just about 200. Thats how smooth this book is, and how organized it is. It seemed so short. The three characters are flushed out, with backgrounds, flaws and unique personalities.. although there was more focus on Pick (Caden) than Eli (Billy the Kid). But thats probably because Pick has a darker past that catches up to him in this book.Josie is a young adult who was saved (in book 1) from a evil man who used her when she was teen. She was rescued and now has a large but amazing family within the Hawks MC. However, wanting to find herself and independence she enrolls in a University an hour and half away from her family. A year into it, she is bullied and harassed by a group of guys.. when she already fears guys due to her past.Enter in Eli and Caden, (two guys she loves.. and they have the hots for each other). They knew each other before Josie left for Uni. This is a love story between them..but maybe its more accurate to call it half erotica with a quarter relationship building and a quarter plot.*Not as much sexism in this book, except for one scene where the guys say that she can cook and clean the house (and move in together) instead of paying money for the place. Because they are men and they can work. Yeah, that sounds really sexist, but previous books are worse.

Confused by all the good reviews.
So first off the first 3 chapters ruin the entire book. If I tried to pass that into my freshman highschool English class I would of got an F. That is not story telling. If you can't weave it into the story it has no business being there. Josie being a part of Pick and Billy's relationship was not believable. There was good chemistry between the two men but I don't believe they could love her. They have nothing in common. Dark pasts don't count when everyone has one. And the sex between the three of them was boring. And I was confused why italics were used only once for someones thoughts in the middle of book. The editor needs to be fired. This never should of gone to print.

LOVE THIS BOOK!
Ever since hearing Billy and Pick “talking” in Blue’s story I have been waiting for this book!! There will be some who will not like this story and they should not read it but for the rest of us this book is exactly what it should be! Josie has been through so much and needs the love that these two men can provide. I also loved the relationship between Billy and Pick and how they learned to love each other and accept each other. Lila Rose does an amazing job in this story of keeping the balance between all the characters and in the plot line alive. This story is rich with a deep storyline and pulls at your heartstrings. This is one of my favorite rereads and each time does not disappoint.Looking for more books and reviews? Check out my blog whenireadilive @blogspot.com

I really loved this book
I really loved this book, but it also made me cry hard. I’m glad that this crying was natural but I still don’t believe it needed to happen. But I also believe not every story has to be rainbows & unicorns either. So in my opinion this type of grief was acceptable for the story line. I will miss some of the bickering but I believe it’ll just be changed not forgotten. This series has taught me that nothing is off limits. These characters are accepting of the abnormal & I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it!! These 3 really do deserve happiness & I’m happy they agree. These 3 had a very rough upbringing, from having evil parents, being ignored to kidnapping, rapped & sold into prostitution even stalked. NO!!!!! These three deserve happiness no matter what!!Thank-You!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOVED these characters!
Great way to start off the newest Hawks MC Charter series! Really liked the characters, the overall plot line & the promise of things to come for the members in Caroline Springs. The sexual tension & full-on sex in this one was ON FIRE! Love the connections between Eli/Billy & Josie, Caden/Pick & Josie and Eli/Billy & Caden/Pick. And between all three... *le sigh*But I've gotta say... why oh, why was it necessary to kill off THAT character?! In my last review (Coming Out, #4.5 in the Hawks MC: Ballarat Charter) I gushed all over this person & their partner! Gah!! *insert ugly cry emoji face here*Chomping at the bit for Nary & Saxon's story (yes, I realize I don't get it til book #4) but am still looking forward to the next book in the series, Hiding Out, which features Dodge!Side note: Still am curious on how Zara & Talon "gifted" Julian & Mattie with a baby... What can I say? I'm a #detailsw****. :)

Holy hot!!
Oh my this book is steaming hot. I devoured this book in 1 day lol. Josie is very timid and shy due to her past and is trying to make a new beginning getting an education and with the support of her family and best friend. When things turn unbearable due to a stalker Eli and Caden quickly come to Josie's side. The attraction they have for each other is undeniable but is Josie finally willing to give her heart over to not only one, but two men that deeply care about her.Towards the end of the book Kleenex is required . I was gutted in the end but it ties the book together. Another amazing read in this series.

Blinded by love
Having one man that loves you would be awesome but Josie has two and she can't make up her mind.A troubled past makes her fear intimacy so she runs hard and fast in the opposite direction of Pick and Billy. Her move brings her more trouble than she wants or needs and soon she is back in hell and living in fear. A true friend reaches out to her Hawks family and soon Pick and Billy are bringing their own version of hell to those who would mess with their girl.Trust in a relationship is key to its success and Josie trusts these guys with her life and ultimately her heart. Its an interesting ménage as Pick and Billy also have eyes for each other. They make it work, the Hawkes make it work. A fine read

great read
I loved this story....the back ground on all three is painful but the end is beautiful. Just the right amount of action from the boys ( even thought i would have preferred a bit more, but that's just my personal taste). I did cry at the end for two reasons...The one i can't mention cause i don't want to give anything away, and the other......I just can't be happy with how the book ended...i would have liked to have seen a bit more of an ending for the 3 people.....Some sort of final scene or some words that the boys had accepted each other or maybe some words of love for each other. I admit i loved the book but wanted more from the ending.
