Tangram Factory - Smart Rope - LED Embeded Jump Rope - Displays Progress in Air - Chrome, M

I liked the Smart rope, however the rope ripped in half after just one year, NOT very happy about this. Who do I contact to let them know the rope doesn't last.

This is a colossal waste of money. if only I could return it. Ten dollars will buy you a great jump rope on Amazon. Stay away from this one.

I really wanted to like this. The things I looked forward to the most were the LEDs lighting up in the air, and the metrics I could collect with the app. Unfortunately the LEDs only occasionally were visible (and only in the dark). I tried to rotate the handles as instructed but still couldn't see them. The app simply refused to store any history for me. While it would record my jumps, it always said I'd never jumped before. I wrote to support, and while I got a quick response the first time where I was told they'd check on the server side, they didn't respond for over a week till I pinged them and then they said to reinstall the app (which I'd already done).The rope is stiff and difficult to jump with and hurts a lot if you try to jump barefoot. Needless to say, I've returned mine.

I've had this for 1 1/2 months and the digital count lights on the rope have already started to fail.

I used it for a week now, it's amazing how fast it connects to the app! I love this product. It helps me exercise very well in a short time frame.Designed and manufactured in style.

The product itself is great, in finishes, how it works very smooth turn in the wrist... BUT you can not see the Numbers at all... If you're Lucy, you might se a little light, sometimes in your front, sometimes in your Back, in the floor... It doesn't look at all like the great video... Plus, the size of the light is Too small, like 2-3 inch Max. Imposible to keep the count by jumping.... Too expensive for a hi finished rope.
