Before i got this cable i was using a Huawei AX3 wifi 6 router via airlink/virtual desktop but was getting micro stutters that was ruining games like beat saber etc, now with the cable everything is smooth. I ran the cable test(go to oculus app,devices,quest 2 and touch,USB test) and got 2.3gbs. The battery still drains while you are using the quest but i get around 3-4 hours instead of the usual 2 when using the headset alone. The cable feels very good quality, braided and a little stiff(which i like as it stays away from my face and body if i bend it outwards a little) and comes with a Velcro cable tie near the port, which i have wrapped around my head strap to help support the cable weight. Review: A high quality, sturdy, Link capable cable that works with original Quest - Cable is a sturdy, braided design that works well with the Oculus Quest (v1) for Oculus Link application. My son did comment though that the cable may prove to be a little too stiff for some use cases. If you are using it for, say, sim racing in a rig it is fine, but if you intend to move about significantly when standing, some users may find the cable a little too stiff and heavy. The cable is of very good quality and works however. It is a matter of personal taste and use case application as to whether the cable is right for you.

Cable is a sturdy, braided design that works well with the Oculus Quest (v1) for Oculus Link application. My son did comment though that the cable may prove to be a little too stiff for some use cases. Great cable and DOES work with Oculus Quest 2
Just received this cable and spent ages trying to get Steam VR and Oculus Software to recognise it from my PC. Was about to return it when I realised I had "oculus air link" turned on in settings. Once switched off and headset reset, everything works fine. Games are stutter free! Great quality cable and at a very good price. Best alternative to the official (over priced one).

Works perfectly with the Oculus VR 2
I got this cable to use with the Oculus VR2 headset for of gaming. The cable quality or robust and fantastic. I did a day test and my usb3 to vr headset was transferring data at 2.6gbps. Super happy with the cable.

Best one for the Oculus Quest 2
I had bought similar cable from Amazon before Christmas. That lasted just 3 months before the wiring cracked, close to the connection. Amazon were amazing at refunding, so I got this cable. By far and away, this is far superior to the other cable. Nice tight fit into the Oculus and the sheath feels a lot more robust. Incredible quality ....... Although my son says he wants the 5m one now. Typical!

Not the best for Quest 2
Bought this specifically for Oculus Link with the Quest 2. It does the job and latency is good but the image quality isn't great. Lots of compression artifacts even after troubleshooting software.

Excellent cable
Very well made cable. It's quite stiff, was worried it was going to be too stiff for Oculus Quest 2 but it's fine. Given the length of 3m I would not recommend for the more physical titles but it's perfect for sit-down titles. Nice and light, hardly aware of the cable when headset is on. Charges the Quest 2 no problem and there is a nice reassuring click when inserted into the headset. Oculus app reports 2.4gbps.
