Do I need an arduino for this? does it come with batteries? Any additional components needed for this build?

Does not ship with batteries. They are lithium 18650. Yes the Arduino Uno is included. Very nice kit, look for a video on their website, it shows the assembly very nicely.

would I be able to add a camera onto the bot? Is the microprocessor capable of this?
