Lovely stuff
I use this in soups, stews, salad dressings and everything that might benefit from a little dry sweetness. This is a decent quantity, unlike what you can get in supermarkets.

Amazing sauce
Great on grilled meats and salads and tastes better than balsamic

Mostly glucose
The title of the product on Amazon is 'Pomegranate Molasses', but the first ingredient is glucose, and only 17% is pomegranate. So it is very poor value for money compared to other products on the market which are genuinely pomegranate molasses, and not just effectively sugar syrup flavoured with a bit of pomegranate.
