Awesome find...came across a more expensive version in a boutique children's clothes and toy shop and my little lad 17m loved the fruit and veg set but the shop was out of stock for Christmas.Checked on Amazon and found this alternative much cheaper better range of fruit and veg and in my opinion a little more life like.Little one loves them just as much.... Daddy loves them cause they were significantly cheaper... Honestly, these things are great. 'Noooo' I hear you cry, what could possibly be so exciting about separating veg. Oh, my friend, let me enlighten you.Do you want your child growing up without knowing the joys of vegetable prep? Do you want them to live a life without ratatouille? Without veggie lasagna? Are you a monster?With these you'll never have to worry.If all else fails, your child can stick the carrot on your nose and call you Olaf.

Lovely set. My 2yo is forever trying to get a hold of our biggest kitchen knives to attempt chopping up some veg whenever my back is turned in the kitchen!! He absolutely loves this set and it’s kept him and his almost 5yo brother very entertained in their toy kitchen. Vegetables are very pleasing looking, with nice details inside and out (seeds etc inside). Velcro seems strong and so far the knife is holding up despite my kids being very heavy handed. The set seems well made and I think £15 was the right price for it.

These are my favourite wooden food toys. We have had Aldi, Melissa and Doug, Asda etc. and these look really good in comparison. They have a smoother finish and feel lovely. We also have the chopping fruit and have bought the set as a gift for others. They are expensive but in my opinion they are worth the extra as they last well. Each food is individually wrapped in tissue paper to prevent damage.

Just perfect for kids! Each fruit/veggie is split in half and joined using velcro. Cutting through the velcro gives a very real feel of cutting through an actual fruit/vegetable. Kids will LOVE this!Also, the knife and the chopping board are made of very high quality wood with ABSOLUTELY NO sharp edges. Quite safe for small kids.
