My daughter is a competitive figure skater, and recently sprained her ankle. She ordered this Iceetape per her coach's request, and started using it immediately. It's a stretchy, wet ace bandage material, that gets cold a few minutes after application. It's got a bit of a smell (like icy hot), but honestly after a minute or so it doesn't bother her. It stays cold for her a lot longer than 60 minutes, and she even left it on after the fact as a protective wrap for her ankle. She prefers this Iceetape over regular ice most of the time because she can take it with her to the ice rink and do other things while healing her ankle at the same time. Overall, this is a worthy investment, and we highly recommend it to anyone recovering from an injury who doesn't want to bother with the hassle of an ice pack.

I do not usually review things! But this is legit we all play sports and this is amazing! I will be honest thw smell is pretty intense (kinda medicated smell for the kids) But it works I love it

Grandson plays Basketball and has recently been dealing with a sore foot which he ice’s after each games. He now wraps his foot after each game which helps with the soreness he feels.

This is an absolute must have any sports moms bag. I have this in our ball bag for travel. Softball comes in very handy anytime there’s a bruise. I will usually wrap my daughter’s own leg wherever the bruise is and it keeps a cool ice like feeling until we can get to ice pack at home

Thought this was going to be a good item. My kids don't even like to use it. At first it was nice but the smell got to them and the coldness didn't go well with them they preferred ice treatment instead. It had a bit of a burning sensation to their skin. Wasn't really easy to pull apart the wrap like normal wraps. And didn't resolve the pain either. It was messy so if you use this I would recommend wearing gloves.

Bought for my daughter to put into her basketball game to help “cool” her ankle when we didn’t have access to ice. Works well. Easy to put on, tear and take off. Only negative…. It is very strong smelling. Not bad just overpowering that I have it stored in the garage.
