So far, I have just used two of them. They’re easy to put on. This is the first time that I have ever used them as I said they’re easy to put on.

bit sticky round the edges...
not very good, the gel is too sticky round the edges and are hard to peel apart. affecting its performance.

Great value and good adhesion for abs trainers.
I bought these to go with an abs trainer I also bought on Amazon. These gel pads worked perfectly. Adhesion is good and easy to apply. The pads came in a handy box rather than loose (as with some other sellers) so you can keep them together. Great value for money and they were the cheapest I found on Amazon at the time. Recommended.
