I bought it for my grandson and only saw it on him once. He’s 4 and I purchased the 4T. He’s a little guy but I think compared to other 4T’s it’s about the same. He loves it!

I believe the length of the jacket is 25 inches. This jacket is great for a Paw Patrol fan. My 5 year old grandson loves it
