I converted a bedroom to a home gym and wanted a poster to help me with pre and post workout stretching. This is the perfect size (for me) and allows me to get a good stretch in. It comes rolled so I would recommend you utilize tacks to hold it to the wall - tape does not hold very long at first.

I bought the stretching posters because now that I'm in my 60s, stretching is more important than ever. And I wanted to take stretching to another level instead of just the three or four that I do every day that I know well.
