Damaged box and product
The actual product is excellent but the box was damaged as was one of the containers. Needed to finish off bathroom tiling so no time to return but needs more robust packaging as the containers are heavy.

Quick drying grout
I used it to grout my back splash glass mosaic tiles in the kitchen.Very happy with this grout,but you only need to do a section at a time as it dries very quickly.It's easier than having to mix with water to make up the grout.

Arrived damaged and leaked grout over other items purchased
This tile grout arrived damaged on the bottom of its plastic tub container which allowed the grout to leak all over the other items that were shipped with it. The shipping box did not appear damaged on the outside, and the tub was packed into the shipping box with a large wad of brown paper to fill any empty space. The leakage so badly damaged one of the items shipped with it, that it (a paper sewing pattern) was rendered completely unusable. I now have had to box up the mess and return it while hoping the ordered replacement arrives swiftly and does not also arrive damaged.
