I got this because I read a review that showed that taking this with Alpha lipoic acid would help carpal tunnel.This doesn't cause any stomach troubles. It's well-tolerated. The product was received in great condition and it does appear to work.I give this product four stars because there's nothing wrong with it however I'm not convinced of that another product may work just as well. But this one clearly was well received and has no side affects
