This stuff WORKS!
Y'all. I rarely write reviews. But this stuff here works great. No. It works superbly! After wasting 2K on professional pest control services that only placed sticky traps around my basement floor, I got desperate and took a chance on buying this product. I was very skeptical, but what the heck, I've already wasted a couple of grand, so why not give this a chance? Let me tell you, after just 3 days, I heard less mice activity. After 1 week, I found multiple dead mice in my basement. After 2 weeks, no more noises and no more mouse droppings. This stuff works! Thank you and I hope this review helps someone before making the stupid mistake that I did.

Great purchase!
Arrived quickly and got the job done quickly!! Very happy with this purchase. We kept puting cubes out until the cubes stopped disappearing then we filled in all the rat holes and haven't seen any new holes created since!

It works!
My rental was infested with mice and rats when the last tenants moved out. Exterminators estimate was $3,500.00 for extermination plus 3 times to return to the property for additional extermination at additional cost of $250.00 per return. Purchased this, used 2 buckets of the Bait Block and absolutely free of rodents. Will keep using this monthly for the next 6 months, just as a precaution. Thank you for a great product.

Are these the poison bits?
This started out amazing! We had an infestation after a neighbor cleared hundreds of tires off his property. In a couple months we were down to just an occasional rat in the barn. BUT now we have this going on- the green stuff (btw NOT offensive in smell) is being eaten BUT the little grain looking bits are being left behind and we can see more signs of more rats. SO- can I assume that these are the poison bits?

They can't resist the peanut butter flavor
The peanut butter flavored block bait, is the flavorite of the rats and squirrals that are living under my trailer. They can not resist. I have tried other types of traps, and the standard pallet poison options from the hardware store - but these are frustratingly ineffective, the rats walk on by; the kill rate is too slow. However the rats gobble up this peanut butter block bait with a fanzy. The draw back is sometimes the criters die in the walls or under the floor, and the smell is horrible for a few days/week...the smell of victory! Highly recommend this bait for a fast and efficent kill rate. Be mindful to prevent other critters from getting access to it - raccons, oposiums, and dogs also love peanut butter.

Not very strong.
4lbs wasted simply feeding the rats. I loaded up four bait traps over three weeks, and the bait is all eaten. How can that be? How many rats do I have? I think I will buy something stronger. I haven’t seen one dead rat yet, just crumbs.

Works well
I have used this for the last year and have had great success, it is quite effective. I like that it is not a neurotoxin without an antidote like bromothalin (sp?) which is getting harder to find. Gives me some piece of mind against secondary poisoning of non-target species. Especially since my dog eats anything that he can fit in his (very big) mouth. The Antidote is VItamin K which is in pet food, so if you have this near pet food, effectiveness is likely to be reduced.

Will take multiple feedings and days. Up to 2 weeks.
The squirrels kept coming back for more, never killed a single one of them and I still seen the cat outside hunting mice the whole time I used this product. I thought all products like these used basically the same ingredients and boy was I wrong. All this did was feed them and make the problem worse because they wouldn't die and now this product had became a food source for them to keep coming back to. I researched and found out why. The active ingredient is designed for a slow kill over time and multiple feedings and depending on the body weight of the animal could take up to two weeks of feedings, what happens is they eventually overdose on the active ingredient. A small mouse would not even die with a single feeding and would take multiple doses, a bigger squirrel or rat would take even more. The problem I have with this is by this taking so long it's a waste of product. You may have 64 blocks but what does that matter if you have to use up to 8-10 blocks per rat or squirrel and 3 or 4 for a mouse?. The other problem is by this allowing a slow kill over time every day they are alive they are able to continue to cause more damage for up to two weeks and breed with others who may possibly not ingest the poison and who will then be pregnant for the poisoned mouse to leave behind his legacy when he dies via a fresh batch. I got a different product here on Amazon called "just one bite bait blocks" and its active ingredients are totally different and more severe and literally designed just as the name indicates just one single dose and the annimal is as good as dead, the difference in results is astounding, a single dose may take a day or two on bigger ones before they succumb but they are fatally poisoned with one dose. If your looking for a slow kill but a safer ingredient if anything else comes across it but will take multiple feedings and days this is the product for you, if your looking for something more serious to kill it in a single dose but slightly more dangerous if anything accidentally ingested it then check out my other recommendation.
