Works great, but MUST be mixed with food rodents will eat.
Finally addressed the rodent problem without endangering my dog or the wildlife population in my neighborhood, which includes owls, hawks, and bald eagles. All birds that standard rodenticide puts it serious risk. I was so relieved to find an option that was not only pet safe, but safe for the predatory birds and coyotes. The rats won't touch it if it's not mixed with something they're attracted to. We used peanut butter and sunflower seeds. Also, make sure there's no water sources available for rodents or the ratx won't work.Great stuff, highly recommend!!

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
I wrote a review on their discs, so I’d like to post some parts of that here as well since the same info applies.I apologize for the all capital letter title. Just know that this stuff doesn’t work. Well, that isn’t 100% accurate since I don’t know what would happen to the mice and rats if they ate this. Why? Because THE WON’T EAT IT!I bought the discs back in March, and I even went so far as to buy their little bait stations too. I placed the station right next to a hole where mice were entering my home. Of course they simply avoided it. I set up a night vision capable camera and watched them walk around it rather than go inside and eat the bait. So, I placed a disc outside of the station and still in front of the hole. They literally crawled over it and just went along their merry way.So then I took some of these pellets. I put them in a tray with some bird seed, uncooked rice (because that’s what they got into the last time in my house - a brand new bag of rice), and even some cheese. Guess what they ate? EVERYTHING BUT THESE PELLETS. I had so hope that maybe some of the powder from the pellets did something to those little critters, but the mice problem persisted. So I did what any partially sane person (since I was losing my sanity because of these mice) would do at this point: I crushed some up and sprinkled it all over various foods. One bowl of rice. Later a bowl of dry cereal. I tried so many things, and then I even put out cheese with the dust sprinkled on it. Guess what? These little critters now avoided all the foods they were eating inside my home! WOW! It seems to me that this stuff doesn’t attract them at all, but instead, it makes them not want to eat stuff. So what about outside? Nope, not a single bite. I placed bait stations outside too. I even got some other brand ones with bigger openings so the rats coming down from the hillside would fit. They crawled on top of the stations rather than go inside. And when I put bait on top of the station, they didn’t even pay them any attention. Mice and Rats are simply not attracted to this bait at all, so how could it possibly work if they won’t eat it? I have no clue what to do to entice them to eat these darn things.I was so hopeful that this would reduce their numbers, but I was deeply disappointed. What a waste of my hard earned money. If I was still within the return window, I would pack all of this useless stuff back up in the bags to get a refund. Yes, I have all the discs still because the mice and rats won’t even sniff this stuff let alone eat it. And I have the bag of pellets about half full.Save your money and buy something else that’s more effective. I don’t know how other people got the mice and rats to eat this stuff, but I’ve got some crazy smart rodents that are just built different.

No more mice
This stuff works .Seems to work fast. I spread it around outside the house in flower beds and under bushes. Easiest way is just spread it by hand directly from the bag. Haven’t had any mouse problems since I started using it.Big plus was its dog safe too.

okay for some
It didn't work very well on pack rats. Did work okay on mice and field rats.

Rats won't eat the product as sold
Rats won't eat the product as sold. Hence1) I added peanut oil, some powdered sugar and sprinkled in peanuts and sunflower seeds -> rats ate most of it. But they learned and stopped eating it.2) I escalated to adding peanut butter besides peanut oil+sugar->rats licked the RatX sticks clean and threw them aside but some of the RatX was eaten.3) I tried grinding to mix with PB: it didn't work bc it is difficult to grind.4) I added condensed milk and peanut butter-> Ratx turned into a powder that the rats wouldn't touch. Threw away the powdery Ratx about 2 cups worth5) I went back to Ratx sticks with peanut oil, PB, sugar and I got exasperated so I slipped in some baking soda (supposedly another rodenticide) so that, if all they did was lick off the PB they would eat the baking soda. Rats didn't touch it.6) Tonight, I took this untouched batch and added melted beef fat+ bacon fat + another blob of PB. I'll update as to whether it was eaten or not. Update: rats ate it.As to overall results: there has been a decrease in rat activity and 3 rats showed up dead. So far. I've gone through 3.5 lbs worth of RatX in ~3 weeks.Update: 1 more dead rat and activity in all tunnels stopped. No activity by the nest itself which is under my porch. So RatX did work although it took some work to have the rats eat it. I recommend the use of peanut oil+sugar and beef fat/bacon fat. It seemed to work best.

Seriously Effective!
One little dish, perhaps 1/2 cup, and the rat was gone! It showed up on my deck, eating bird seed dropped by the birds. I freaked. Then it came out during the middle of the day, to get some bird seed. I put down a small tray of RatX, mixed in a little bird seed in hopes of drawing the rat from the decking to the tray. Almost 1/2 the tray gone in the morning and I have not seen the rat since!! The resident squirrel also tried some and it did not harm it at all, it's still here stealing seed and having fun. I'm keeping a supply on hand!

works like a charm.
this stuff is heaven sent, ITs safe to use around pets 100% and if a rat or mouse eats the poison and a owl eats the rat it won't hurt the owl at all, or if your cat gets a hold of a mouse that has eaten the poison it won't hurt em, and it works awesome, this stuff is a natural chemical that trigger the rats and mouses brain to stop drinking, so they get dehydrated and return to there den to die, so no smells from decaying rodents to smell, stuff is amazing.
