I bought this for the second time because it really works. After about two months, it helped regulate my period and even improved the flow. Of course, I don’t rely on supplements alone — I also follow healthy eating habits and stay physically active. Together, these changes made a noticeable improvement in my cycle, even though I have PCOS. Higly recommended

I have been using this supplement for a few years and I can definitely say it’s helped me with my PCOS symptoms. I have a lot more energy and my hormone levels feel regulated. Definitely value for money.

Is a bit of a noticable difference when taking these, but they do leave me feeling sick after a week of constant use, so I stopped using them. They are quite big to swallow, but, I liked the fact that you do not need to take a whole handful of them a day like some other brands.

I never leave reviews, but had to comment on these! After a lifelong battle with an ED and irregular periods, a friend with PCOS recommended these pills to help to regulate my cycle. After x3 pills per day for 1 month, my period came. After 3 months it had become much more regular. My partner and I then decided we would TTC and I conceived in the first month! I continued the pills and I had a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby. We then decided that we would like try again so I took the pills again and we conceived after 2 months. Would therefore highly, highly recommend.

I had incredibly irregular cycles (6+ months with no period) and infrequent/absent ovulation due to PCOS. Ordered these and started taking on cycle day 43, and ovulated two days later!! It’s now been 10 days and I’m waiting for my period to start. I’ve been tracking hormones daily using Mira and tracking BBT using Natural Cycles, and both my hormones and BBT have been perfect since I started taking these supplements. I’ve only been taking them for two weeks though, so yet to see how regular my cycles can get with continued use. But extremely promising results!

Nach einer Blutabnahme und Bestimmung des AMH in Kombination mit dem Bild meiner Eierstöcke wurde mir das PCO Syndrom Mitte Juni bestätigt. Ich nehme Myo Inositol jetzt seit Mai, jedoch habe ich die Tabletten von einem anderen Anbieter auf Amazon gekauft. Durch die Bewertungen bin ich auf diese Tabletten aufmerksam geworden und habe am 23.06 begonnen umzustellen und diese Tabletten zu nehmen. Ich dachte ich bilde mir ein, dass sich viel in meinem Körper tut da ich durch unseren Kinderwunsch jeden Tag auf meine Periode warte. Ich habe kurze Zeit später Rückenschmerzen bekommen und einen Periodenpickel bei meiner sonst sehr makellosen Haut. Heute, am 28.06, fünf Tage nach der Einnahme von 3 Tabletten am Tag habe ich gerade meine Periode bekommen!!!!! Ich bin so erleichtert und für mich kann das absolut kein Zufall sein! Absolute Kaufempfehlung von Herzen! Nachtrag vom 25.07.23: Seit Ende meiner Perido führe ich täglich einen Ovolationstest durch. Seit gestern habe ich meinen Eisprung und spüre ihn auch richtig. Alles im super Abschnitt und im absoluten Normbereich. Ich habe zudem keine Heißhungerattacken mehr.

Update: It’s been about 2.5 months now that I’ve been taking these pills. I have been taking the 3 pills daily at night usually after eating dinner. My face has cleared up so much but I am also using a tumeric face wash. I break out a little before I get my period but my face isn’t even close to how it used to be. That was the thing that made me so self conscious. Now I get compliments about how clear my skin looks. I also notice I’m not as moody and I have a bit more energy than I used to. When I first started taking the pills I was already a month late for my period. I started taking them Nov. 13, 2020. I got my period Dec. 13, 2020. 26 days later I got my period again. I started testing for ovulation about 4 days after my period ended. Today I got a high fertility so I’m going to start trying. I’ll update you guys soon if I get pregnant. *fingers crossed* If this works I know it’s because of these pills. I’ve been taking these for about a week now. I was recently diagnosed with pcos. The goal is to still have a baby but tracking ovulation is hard because my periods fluctuate constantly. So far I’ve noticed my face clearing up faster than ever. Idk if it’s these pills or the new face soap I’m using but I’m thinking it’s the pills. I’ve used so many different face washes and none have worked this good. It sucks I have to take 3 pills at a time but they are easy to swallow so it’s manageable. I noticed the first couple days my mood was better and I felt more awake. A week in I feel like my mood is still good and better than usua. I also feel like I get fuller faster. I’m really hoping these help me get pregnant. I do feel hopeful based off the research I’ve done and the reviews. I’m hoping to give an update in. 3-6 months!!

I'm posting this review on 30th of May 2022: I have PCOS which was diagnosed in May 2021 and caused my irregular cycle, my last regular period was in September 2021. I placed the order in March 2022 for 2 bottles and starting taking these pills every day (3 pills) from 11th of April. I might have missed a day or two, but my period has came on 26th of May 2022 (after 45 days from start taking the pills) I was skeptical at the beginning and didn't believe this would actually work for me, I searched online and read a lot that this would work after 2-3 months so I thought I would wait and have patience. I'm very glad this worked and I got my period back without taking any hormones, since my doctor prescribed a birth-control pills for me but I didn't want to start using them. I ordered 3 more bottles and will keep on using them and see if my period will start being regular, also I will visit my doctor to see if this has actually decreased my polycystic ovary, will keep you updated!

I have PCOS, hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, bipolar depression anxiety and plenty of auto immune disorders. Of course I too cannot get pregnant and I cannot have a period without birth control. I have extreme symptoms when it comes to hair loss and hairy whiskers on my face and weight control. I have lost (and gained) over 200 pounds on three different occasions in my life. I am 34 and my life has been nothing more than an uphill battle with my own body & mind. I do my research and homework and try to be my own advocate almost daily searching for solutions to make myself feel better and I decided to try this and I sure am happy I did. Like others have reported on here it does help with symptoms. After only four days I got my first natural period!!! My boyfriend and my mother both made comments about an alien abduction happening because they did not recognize the chipper person I was in the morning anymore. My acne has started to clear now and my old lady witch whiskers are thinning and lessening in numbers. My mental health has improved some thus far. My appetite has even improved greatly I am not ravenously hungry, and not willing to kill for anything with carbs! I am hoping that the hair on my head improves but with all that has happened already I really can’t ask for more. This stuff has been amazing and a blessing. I gave up hope a long time ago but just maybe I have a little bit back now. Now since it has been working so well I kind of hope it does not get me pregnant...haha!!!
