Worth every dime
This sealer should get 10 stars! Very little instruction on can, so we found a demo on youtube. I applied with a lint free rag. This can will last us a lifetime. It goes a long way. Waited5 minutes. Then wiped it a few times to make sure there was no standing liquid anywhere. It’s not like it pools, but you just don’t want any excess. There was barely a trace of extra. Waited 1 hour for it to cure and put my stuff back on my honed granite. It has a “wet” look. Not shiny. It looks amazing and is so fast and easy! I included a pic, but it really doesn’t give the true look. The camera makes it look shiny. I have honed granite. It helped to pull out some of the natural look. Water just beads up now. Worth every dime.

Purchased twice
This works really well. It's the second ti.e I purchased it. It works great on marble and on river rocks for shower floor.

Revived my counter!
This granite sealer/enhancer is fantastic! I used it on our small bar sink in our living room area. It’s a rough granite that is extremely porous and stains very easily. Despite endless scrubbing and trying several methods, I could not remove the water spots. This covered them up and gave it a nice sheen. I have included before and after photos. I plan to use it on my kitchen countertops next. It was very easy to apply and certainly worth the price. I purchased 2 bottles because I wasn’t sure how much I would need for both projects but very little is actually required. I definitely recommend this product!

Granite sealed
Works as well as other granite sealers I have used. Nice to have a little tint for worn spots.

Shiny and big improvement
This improved my dull, spotted black marble sink top. It doesn't remove spots, but it brings the marble back to life and greatly improved it's appearance. It made the spots less noticeable. It reminded me of adding Old English oil to a piece of antique furniture.

Not as good as you might think
Although it gave the granite stone countertop a good look, it didnt last long and the seal effect wasnt great either.

Great for dark soapstone counters; makes cleanup easier
Our soapstone installer offered Tenax Ager as an optional color enhancer. After seeing a sample, we let them apply it, and we love the look. We bought this smaller can to see how it lasts. We've found for our use, we need to re-apply every 6 months, and have done that twice now. The can is still at least half full. As we approach the 6 month mark, our counters (a dark, "noire" variety) start to look more grey and dusty-matte than black and satin-smooth. Also, we notice that any drips of water that we don't wipe up will leave obvious spots. We can clean those up with spray and elbow grease, but it's difficult to keep the counters looking uniform and clean. As soon as we re-apply, water drips barely even show a mark when they dry, and a simple wipe easily removes that faint mark. Not everyone loves the darker satin look in soapstone--but if you want dusty grey counters, you're not reading reviews of color enhancers. We have not tried mineral oil or wax; we've just been so happy with this product. Working together, it takes about 20 minutes to re-apply to about 20 linear feet of counter. We just apply the Ager to cotton rags, and wipe it on, and once we finish that, go back over every surface with a fresh cotton rag to remove any excess, before it gets tacky. It also makes all of the small scratches disappear--you can still feel them, but they don't jump out visibly. Because soapstone is impermeable, this is just a surface treatment--it doesn't "soak" in, it's like a clear coat on a paint job, and as you use your kitchen, that layer will wear through.

Even my countertop installers love this natural stone tile or countertop sealer
I have been using Ager by Tenax for a few years now and there is no substitute. We have leathered granite in our kitchen, and it makes the colors more vivid, more rich, and protects the countertops for a good 6-9 months - and I wipe them down constantly as I cook all meals from scratch - and I maked doughs and noodles on my countertops. I also use this on my travertine tiles in our foyer and guest bath - it just protects beautifully and brings out the richness in colorful natural tile. In our guest bath we have a soft ivory travertine, which this did not darken, but brought out some pretty striations in the natural rock. This was once made in Italy, I'm not sure where it's made now, but I can't do without it. In fact, when we had another leathered granite countertop put in our coffee bar, I brough out the Ager for the countertop installers and they both said I knew my products and Ager was the best choice!
