I have tried many different brands of B vitamins and I feel that some of them are not entirely "accurate" , shall we say, when it comes to listing the mgs., because after I take the vitamin I don't feel the effect. That is not the case with this one. I find that this particular brand of B complex is EXCELLENT and I will continue to purchase it because it is a GOOD QUALITY vitamin as well as being a GOOD BUY ! This has both of the elements I am looking for, QUALITY, and BARGAIN,and I will not sacrifice one for the other. :-)As for those who complained about the taste...well duh, it's not a chewable that's made to keep in your mouth to savor , you pop and swallow quickly, B vitamins NATURALLY have that bitter taste, so grow up !In closing, I am very happy with this vitamin and I may explore other products this Company has to offer because I am impressed with the performance of this one.Ciao Bellas and stay Healthy !

For the price, these B-Vitamins cant be beat. The first day I took them, I wasn't expecting much and was met with a bright burst of energy. I have continued to take them since. It has been about 2 weeks, and I am happy to report that these vitamins will give you results. I felt more alive, with an improved mood well into the night. I have suffered with depression and mood swings since I was very young (around 7 years old) and these have really made a difference so far in my well-being. Highly recommended for people who'd like to turn things around naturally.I would have given them 4 stars were it not for the very reasonable price/quantity ratio. They have a very potent smell, and are hard to take because of their size. If you don't swallow it right, you will risk a pretty crummy aftertaste for the next few hours. As long as you're comfortable choking it down, these WILL absolutely make a difference in your day-to-day experience.*Revision*: These are starting to make me nauseous, and the smell alone can kill my vibe. Looking for easier ones to take!

Horrible! That is why they say not returnable. The smell and then the rash. I can not afford to waste money. I think this is a grift. Do not buy these.

This is a good product, but the smell of the B vitamins are very strong! I have bought other brands that have a similar strong smell. But I think it just comes along with the territory. Overall, I am happy with the quality of them.

First time trying this brand. I take one every morning and it helps with added energy for the day. The only difference I noticed with this product vs last one I was using, is I used to notice the B urine smell right away with other product, whereas this product seems to be eliminated more midday after taking it. So not sure if that means it takes longer to get in your system.

Okay...the pros are good if you get beyond the eating of death! OMG these things STINK! From here to high heaven they STINK! Now I KNOW that B is a stinky... but. My. GAWD! these are BAHD...not just bad but B-A-Hell-no-D bahd.... I've had to take meds that stink...I have KIDS that can STINK...I've cleaned hotel rooms that STINK... These little pills of death are. T. Worst. As long as you take a DEEP breath BEFORE you open the bottle, keep holding it while you get the pill, keep holding while you pop it in your mouth, dont breath! Keep holding while you take a drink and keep holding while you swallow and THEN exhale and breath through your shirt...you should be fine! I managed to do that with about a weeks worth and then I threw them out...I couldnt deal with the smell any more and frankly Im not going to work that hard, and deal with lack of oxygen dizzies, just to take a stinky pill. GOOD luck to you! Cuz other than that? It's a good deal. LOL
