It is small and easy to store. I keep the original packaging as the box is slim and helps keep the pieces together. Connects quickly and easily to your phone. You download and launch the app and BOOM you are at home ENT doctor. Just be sure you are careful, go slow, and know it is okay to leave a little wax that is hard to get. I would rather leave a little wax than hurt the ear drum.What is nice is you can do it yourself if you are self-conscious about people seeing the nastiness inside your ear or you can ask someone for help. I also like to do it myself as I can stop faster if I feel like I am hitting a sensitive spot. This has probably saved me hundreds in copays to help me get out compacted wax from ear plugs. Only thing is I am not sure where to get more of the attachments. I lost one and only have one left.

Not going to post any pictures (a bit gross), but trust me when I say that the pictures are clear and show exactly what is going on in your auditory canal. Very easy to set up (I use an iOS device) and the implement comes partially charged, so you can use an alcohol wipe to clean the tip and use it out of the box. I was able to clear some buildup in my ear and hear again. Great product, awesome price. Makes a wonderful and useful stocking stuffer for F&F.

Pretty good. I decided it was worth getting one because it couldn't be much worse for me than the other things I've stuck in my ears, and it's definitely an improvement--the tip is pretty gentle. My dad has been having trouble with his ears recently, and after seeing it in action, wanted to try it on himself; we cleaned it and swapped to a fresh tip, and he proceeded to extract a raisin-sized blob of earwax from each ear, restoring a significant amount of hearing. So it's definitely effective. You could do some damage to yourself if you weren't careful, though. It's a little like picking a lock.Don't get the blue one; for some reason it doesn't come with the extra tips. We got that as a second one (to distinguish from the black) so we wouldn't have to share, and were disappointed it didn't include the spare. The extra tips are a little longer, which makes them a little trickier to use, but it's better than coming with only a single tip. You can't buy the replacements, so when the tip breaks, that's it for the device.The app is not very good. You have to disconnect from the Internet and connect to the device's wifi to make it work, and it only shows the battery level when you aren't using the camera (which is not much of the time you have the device on). It's adequate, and that's about the best you can say about it.Still, all in all, it's definitely worth the price to me.

Way better than I expected! Super impressed and how quickly I connected and got to see inside my ear and how clear it was. 100% recommend.My little story… thought a bug went in my ear and a few days later ear felt a bit clogged, perhaps paranoid. A couple of days later it was fine but clogged again after jumping in a lake, could barely hear from it. But both ears look about the same with this so I guess I’m good? If only I knew what I was looking at… 😁 doc visit it is, for peace of mind. But this tool, LOVE IT!

I have excessive earwax build up and searched for a product that would clean my ears safely and effectively. A friend told me about Bebird. I was pleasantly surprised how Bebird works. With the otoscope camera I can clearly see my ear canal and gently clear my ears. By downloading the Bebird app you see the ear canal on your phone. I purchased the Bebird in December and it works great. I would definitely recommend one if you are looking for a safe and effective way to clean your ears.

I bought this item to check how much wax I had in my ears. I was also curious to see how my eardrums looked. The picture quality and instructions are good. I was able to view inside my ears with my cell phone. The plastic scoop that came with the item didn't help remove the ear wax. It just caused the wax to spread more in my ears. The metal part also gets hot if you use it for a few minutes. Overall, it's ok as a camera for the ears, biyt don't expect much on helping to remove any earwax.

I'm a nurse and routinely use an otoscope to look in ears, however when I told a family member who was having ear issues that they had wax that needed to be removed, they doubted me. Cue this ear camera! It was so easy to set up on my phone. And they pictures were so clear my family member was completely grossed out (I didn't want to say I told you so but "I told you so!!!" I didn't know if he scooper on the end would be effective but it totally removed all the wax. I am completely sold on this device and only wish I had found it sooner. As an added bonus, I can see in my own ears! Never could do that with an otoscope! Thank you so much for this amazing product!

I've never been taught to clean my ears properly, the best I've been recommended was q-tips and got a few ear infections before learning that not cleaning them at all was better. I found this recently after problems started showing up again, tried it and now the two thick, red wax candles in my ears are gone. It was wonderful to finally be able to remove all of that ear wax. My only complaints is that the tool is a bit difficult to begin using because nothing was said about needing to be solely on the bebirds LAN connection, then it was a little uncomfortable in my ear, the camera became blurry frequently and the battery seemed to have some trouble. Overall, it gets the job done and functions well enough to say I'm satisfied with my purchase and use of the device.
