I purchased this item more for the shaving feature. It doesn’t do anything. I had a shaver before that was so sharp it shaved on the first pass. With this one, I have to go over the area several times and it still doesn’t do the job. The epilating feature seems to work. It is painful and you have to be careful. I’ve ordered numbing cream to help.

I know this product comes with the shave and epilator options, but I bought it solely for the use of an epilator. I previously owned another epilator without a removable head, and it broke recently and had to buy a new one. I'm so glad I discovered this one, as it works very well (so much better than my other one), and it even hurts less than the other one! Easy cleaning, I love how it has 2-speed features, and not even super expensive. Great value for the price! :)

I was replacing an old epilator and do prefer my old one. This works pretty gold though, I do find I have to go over spots more with this new one than my old one even though this one has more "teeth". The shaving attachment doesn't work well at all.

Très déçu du produit, la largeur d'épilation est ridicule, je suis complètement griffé et en plus cela laisse presque tout les poils donc non je ne recommande pas du tout se produit, il fait un bruit d'enfer en plus vraiment cela ne vaut pas mon rasoir en France c'est sur

Doesn’t pull hairs very well … that piece on top of the tweezers I think stops it from getting too close to your skin so you have to go over the area so many times and it still misses the hair
