Choose the Size B portion (model P36B/45424) if your fryer holds 50-60 lbs, 28-34 Qt, or 26-32 liters. Choose the Size C portion pack (model P100/45455) if your fryer holds 17-20lbs, or 10-12 qt, or 9-12 liters.
