I have a constant dry lips problem. Most methods of hydrating them don't work. (Including drinking more water.) I've bought more expensive lip masks before and never had results. This, however, gave me some results even when I was expecting it to not work. Although my lips still go "dry" in a sense it still feels as if it was deeply conditioned.To point out I also didn't know it had "plumping" as part of it's description so yes it feels like mild "needling" sensations on the lips but not as strong as most plumping glosses.

If you have extremely dry and cracked lips, this is probably not for you. This is for people who have normal dry lips, not Sahara desert lips. You need some heavy duty stuff instead of this.
