Great buy!
Daughter absolutely loved this! It was perfect for showing off her two best skating medals. And gives her space (and drive) to add a third. Yes, the "glass" isn't glass but it is pretty close to it in clarity (without the worry of glass shards if it falls). Just make sure to peel off the film. For the price you could always go to a Michaels and get replacement glass if that is what you really want. Just a thought. Would highly recommend and will buy more in the future for other projects.

Photo opening is very small.
The material is only black cardboard, not fabric or a nice surface inside. The shadow box insert makes it a very small space. Get something bigger if your photo is 5x7.
