Excellent product! I've used this (but 1st time using this name brand) for over 2 or 3 years. ( sorry, I've lost track of time)I've been using this brand for almost 3 months or so.It works for me.Initially when I first tried it a few After 5 or 6 weeks without changing my diet (except only having ice cream or frozen yogurt 3 to 4 times a week at night instead of almost every night), I couldn't believe I lost 27 pounds! Truly amazing! I keep losing a little weight since then. I went from averaging 203 lbs to 217 lbs off and on before I tried this product. I used to be 6'2", but now that I'm 60 years old, I'm about 6'. My weight stays between 171 and 178 now. Presently, I'm at 171 and I'm eating what I love, but try to be careful with my diet. I hate to admit this, but I don't excersise. I work and do physical activities and stretches, but I don't 'work out' like at a gym or home. I probably should, but I'm happy with the way I am.Especially since this product has removed a couple inches off my waist line! ;-)Please note:1---this product doesn't seem to work for everyone. It might have something to do with whatever meds (or other reasons) that other folks have had no success using it.2---this CAN make certain folks constipated. This works great to suppress appetite. I noticed a difference right away!**a week and a half later**I have done no dietary changes or exercise and am down 9lbs.
