I am thrilled for Michael’s new book. I have read both Platform and Living Forward and was thrilled when he announced he would be sharing his Best Year Ever content in book format. What I love about this book is the simple, actionable step by step process Michael walks you through to accomplish your goals. I highly recommend this book because I believe it will help you identify, define and achieve the goals you have set for the next year. He does a great job of making clear what and how you can take action on the step by step process he lays out. 2. He uses practical and current examples. I love that this book comes after tens of thousands of people have gone through his online course enabling him to use examples from alumni that apply practically to real world situations. 3. Nothing is oversimplified or sugar-coated. For me acknowledging struggles will happen along the way is key to having the persistence to continue. Then connecting that to the fact that failing doesn’t mean I can never do it, it is simply an opportunity to learn what I need to change to succeed. 4. Helping you find your motivation. Michael helps define how to find your motivation and how to tap into applying it to your situation to maximize your success. This is vital in moving from simply writing down goals to taking action on the goals you hold most valuable for the upcoming year! Great book - easy to implement strategies

Ich benutze seit einem Monat den "Full Focus Planner" der Michael Hyatt Company und habe das Buch "Your best year ever" sehr intensiv durchgearbeitet. Anschließend bin ich in "Free to Focus" von Michael Hyatt eingestiegen. Ich kann aber bereits jetzt sagen, dass der Ansatz von Michael Hyatt ein absoluter Game Changer ist. Wie bei "Getting things done" (GTD) ist es kein abgeschlossenes System, das nur so und nicht anders funktioniert, sondern man kann es nach den eigenen Bedürfnissen anpassen. Aber die im "Best Year Ever" beschriebenen Gedanken hin zur Definition von eigenen Zielen und Projekten sollte man sich schon machen....

Me compré el libro y aproveché el cuón descuento que ofrecía Michael Hyatt para comprar la suscripción al Full Focus Planner (FFP) y hacer el curso BYE (Best Year Ever). Este libro sin el planificador FFP es como un día sin pan, para los muy panarros. Incorpora algunas ideas clave para una mayor productividad. No son muchas si ya has leído a Stephen Covey, pero justifican la compra.

I loved this book, it really helps to set achievable goals and above all, stick to them. I recommend this book to everyone who has big dreams but is struggling to get started.
