Very helpful and sustainable
We start using this when our puppy was only 3months old.We use to buy patty pads always because she pee n poo different times in a day.. by having the tray all we need to do is pick it up and drop to the water closet and wash it with vinegar and soap.. wipe it dry.Now she's 1yr old and still using the tray.. she grown alot for her tray but she still manage to fit her business inside the tray. So useful.

base tray has a bend
The base tray has a bend, so it is moving, how can I get a bendless replacement piece, it is not able to return or replace now.
