I don't love the scent, but it's not bad, and my wife seems to like it, so that's good.A little bit goes really far, so you get your money's worth from the jar.I basically just scrunch it up in my wet hair and let it air dry. It dries with a very firm hold that leaves your hair looking sort of wet. I like a softer look, so I pass my hands over top of it lightly after it dries, leaving the hair softer and more bouncy.It's one of the better products for a guy with curly hair that I've found.
